Heather Scott - Maid of Honor

Heather is Melissa's younger sister.  She lives in Cincinnati with her son, Styles.  Heather is one of Melissa's favorite people, even though they usually drive each other crazy.  They found out the hard way that it isn't a good idea to live together!

Sarah Salmon - Matron of Honor

Sarah is Melissa’s older sister.  She lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Dan, and her two kids, Natalie and Andrew.  Sarah knows more of Melissa’s secrets than anyone else on the planet (except maybe Sean) but she’ll never tell!

Shana Shoemaker

Shana has the distinct pleasure of being Sean's younger sister.  When not being forced to take the blame by her brother, she is busy raising three little girls in Winfield, Kansas.  Sean deeply regrets the time that he landed her in the emergency room.

Alison Knapp

Alison was the first friend that Melissa made after she moved to Chicago.  She invited Melissa on a road trip when the person who was supposed to drive bailed out at the last minute, and they’ve been friends ever since.  Alison lives in Ann Arbor with her husband, Eric.

Michelle Zelinski

Michelle is one of Melissa (and Sean’s) closest friends.  She lives in the west suburbs of Chicago with her husband, Chuck (the best man), and their son, Charlie.  Melissa and Michelle love to leave the guys at home to go for spa days, but unfortunately, they don’t get to do that often enough!

 Chuck Zelinski - Best Man

Chuck and Sean have been friends since working together for two summers at the Village of Riverside in the early 90's.  After dozens of road trips, 4,000+ hours of online gaming, and untold bottles of beer, Sean and Chuck were recently reunited in the workforce at Loyola University.  He currently resides in the basement right below his wife Michelle and son Charlie.

 Steve Scott

Steve is Melissa’s younger brother.  He lives in Milwaukee, where he writes for Tastes Like Chicken, an independent magazine.  Although he may seem shy at first, once you get him talking he is one of the funniest people around.  Steve is always great fun, and is no worse for the wear for growing up with three sisters.

 Christopher Bartlett

Christopher is the vaunted founder and leader of Clan Chowder, of which Sean is a member.  When not striking fear into the hearts of the online community and his UPS co-workers, Christopher is the Ward Cleaver of Cleveland raising three children with his lovely wife Jennifer.  He also helps keep Sean in line when his puns get out of hand.

 Vidas Barzdukas

Vidas has lived with Chuck, Mike, Justin, and Sean over the years.  After this finally drove him from the big city of Chicago, he retired to Columbus to work on family life.  He currently writes, edits, directs, and produces everything from children's text books to independent films while trying not to drive his little girl Vida and devoted wife Tracie completely insane. 

 Michael Murray

Mike holds the honor of making Melissa laugh the most of all the guys.  He's always good for a beer and a story, when not helping his wife Tanja chase their two daughters through the backyard.  Mike is proud to point out to his students every semester that he's not as big a geek as Sean.  With Sean and Chuck, Mike completes the Three Amigos of Chicago...without the fancy chaps.

Jenna is Shana's daughter and Sean's niece.  When not practicing soccer with her older sisters, she's making sure that her mother is kept on the edge of insanity, which Sean has encouraged over the years.

 Natalie Salmon

Natalie is Sarah's daughter and Melissa's only niece.  Oh, what to say about little Bebe...only that Melissa is obsessed, and of course she deserves the attention!  While you might not see her make it down the aisle, she loves to play dress up so she'll be in uniform on the day of the wedding.

Dave is the heart, soul, and moral compass of the group.  Being a professor and stage manager for the Unversity of Iowa keeps Dave busy, but he always finds time for the two most most important people in his life, wife AmyRuth and son Paul.  When Dave can't join the group personally, he likes to send high-quality meat products in his place.
